Dr. Godwin Monserate is an accomplished educator and technology specialist with extensive experience in computer science and IT education. Since 2012, he has been a Full-Time Instructor at the University of San Carlos, where he teaches subjects ranging from C Programming to Cyber Security and serves as a Capstone and Thesis Adviser. With a background that includes teaching at several colleges in Cebu and pioneering network infrastructure projects, he brings over a decade of expertise to his role. Holding advanced degrees in Technological Management and Information Technology, he is proficient in server administration, Cisco systems, and project management methodologies. Recognized for his teaching excellence, He continues to inspire and prepare future IT professionals for success in a rapidly evolving field.

Dr. Philip Virgil Astillo received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Security Engineering, Soonchunhyang University, South Korea, in 2021. He is currently working at the Department of Computer Engineering, University of San Carlos, Philippines as an instructor and researcher. His research interests include embedded system design and development, mobile Internet security, 5G security, IoT application and security, artificial intelligence, and intrusion detection system..

Kangbin Yim is a Professor in the Department of Information Security Engineering at Soonchunhyang University, where he has been since 2003. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electronics Engineering, Ajou University, South Korea in 1992, 1994, and 2001 respectively. For more than 20 years, he has been mainly researching on vulnerability identification, threat analysis and PoC development for software and hardware.
He is also enthusiastic about architecting and implementing H/W or S/W framework for system evaluations or commercial services. Regarding these topics related to his recent projects, he has been focusing on HILS-based dynamic analysis for distributed embedded software with more than 30 research members in his lab., LISA. Due to the circumstances, deep-learning driven analysis on heterogeneous field data is the current top-level workload of the lab., particularly for automotive vehicles, industrial control systems and mobile baseband.
